Textured Paper

I recently expanded my paper crafts to scrapbooking and invested on the Big Shot Plus from Sizzix. Since I already had a lot of paper from other crafts that I never used, instead of buying those pretty (expensive) textured cards I decided to make my own.

  • Paper
  • Watercolours (optional)
  • Acrylic paint
  • Varnish
  • Small old brush + Big brush
  • Small Plastic/Paper

Here’s a speed video of the process.

I used a plastic to reduce the amount of paint from the brush.

  • For a wood effect I used watercolours to add different brown tones
  • You can wait more or less to apply the layer of varnish, as it will give a different effect if it’s not dry yet
